Since I decided to become a Giant during my pregnancy , I decided to go with Diet Center Kw to lose all that baby weight I have on me but in a healthy way !
Diet Center was the first Diet center with the concept of the diet box delivery at your door step for a healthier life style ..and since they have a new menu , I decided I should try it out , I Keep telling myself dudette stop sitting doing nothing and complaining , do something about it !
Met my dietitian Faten Last week , she was amazing and told me that I should slow it down and always to keep optimistic that the weight will come off but it will take time , she explained that it’s too early for me to go on the less calories normal diet program .. since I need the enough nutrients to breast feed and keep myself and my baby healthy !
I was at a stage that I just wanted to lose and really fast .. so I did the wrong thing and just stopped eating before the program and I didn’t lose , my weight actually stopped for 2 weeks !
I went today for my first weigh in .. it’s been a week since I started the diet program and expected around Half a kilo loss since I was warned it will shed soo slowly because of the extra calories for breast feeding.
Believe it or not .. I was so happy with the first week results even though they increased my calories intake , I lost a kilo and a half ! A weight loss that is hard for mums to lose since the weight sheds off extremely slowly and sometimes stops !
FIngers crossed that I lose about 2 more kilos next week !
